Who we are
Bedbugging is a family business run by James Morgan and Jacob Morgan. This page covers bedbugging.com and the waitlist on it. Send questions to hello@bedbugging.com.
What we save
When you join the waitlist, we save what you type in the form. That's your role, your city and your cell number. We also save whether you checked the text box and the exact words next to it. Our server adds the time and your IP address. It also adds your browser type, the page you signed up on and any link code you came in with.
How we use it
We use your info to tell you when Bedbugging opens where you work. We count signups by city to plan where we open next. The consent record shows what you agreed to. Your IP address helps us block fake signups.
Who sees it
We don't sell your info. Drivers and movers can't see your number on the waitlist. We never share your number or text consent with anyone else for marketing. Our pages load fonts from Google, so Google sees your IP address. When we start texting, a texting company will deliver the texts for us. We'll hand info to police or a court only when the law says we have to.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist signups until you ask us to delete them or we close the waitlist. We keep the record of your text consent for 4 years, even after you opt out. That record is how we prove what you agreed to.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text from us and we'll stop texting you. Email hello@bedbugging.com to see or delete your waitlist info.
Age
The waitlist is for adults. Please don't sign up if you're under 18.
Changes
If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top.
